Star-stuck

Tiny little
Fiery balls,
Separated by
Eons,
Galaxies,
Infinities,
And
Vastness,
Little twinkles,
So many of them,
Brought together
In their loneliness
Under the blankets
Of night
Where they
Shimmer
And
Shine,
Their vibrating
Iridescence
Entrancing,
Their ephemerality
Bewitching,
Their fugacity,
Enduring.

  1. Very sweeping sentiment and deep emotion packed into a tiny space. Nicely done.

  6. This felt so much longer than 42 words because you were able to pack so much in there. Beautifully written!

  13. Lovely, lovely! I absolutely adore this: "So many of them, / Brought together
In their loneliness / Under the blankets / Of night." That's shiveringly good. :) Thanks so much for being part of the first gargleblaster, Ruby!
