Grown-up Gorgeous

Why girl,
Just yesterday
You were
Trotting in
Peach shorts,
That girly-girl
 Attitude
So not your thing,
Spirited,
Gritty,
Granular,
Spunky,
And come today,
You walk in elegantly,
Gracefully,
That six-meter drape
Setting off
Your
Feminine gentleness
So resplendently,
Fair feet
Gleaming
In high heels,
Your catwalk,
A head-turner,
And
Amongst your
Glow,
My heart skips
A beat,
My little girl,
You have
Grown-up Gorgeous.
