Lonely in the milieu


The jam packed six - eight lanes,
The buses almost bursting at their seams,
Yet another lac or so that crowds the metros
I stand amidst a huge milieu ...
Of seemingly empty hearts

  1. It's so true. We can be alone and sad, empty, surrounded by hundreds of people. Reminds me of the mindless way people go to work in the city.
